Who handles the information
POSTHRS controls the information submitted through this site. Privacy questions, access requests, corrections and deletion requests can be sent to info@posthrs.com. Identity may need to be verified before account or contract information is released or changed.
What the site collects
Depending on the feature used, the site may collect an email address and account session; invitation name, email, phone number, assigned role, RSVP, attendance or check-in status and room activity; private delivery-recipient email, phone number, trade, update preference, unique link opens, photo or video views, audio listens and file-download history; creative-network profile, portfolio, location, availability and private rate information; optional credential details limited to the fields requested; contributed music, stem, artwork, photo, video or production files and related metadata; collaborator, credit and split information; and contract or electronic-signature records. Direct email enquiries are stored by the sender’s and POSTHRS’s email services.
Why it is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts; issue private POSTHRS Passes; manage room permissions, event responses, attendance and assigned responsibilities; release files to the intended attendee or collaborator group; confirm private file recipients; show the sender whether a private package was opened or used; review creative-network and seller requests; operate private workspaces; receive and organize music; verify credits and rights; prepare or execute agreements; respond to enquiries; protect the service; and meet record-keeping obligations. An event invitation, RSVP or check-in does not by itself create marketing consent. A phone number is used for delivery verification and, only when the separate checkbox is selected, future POSTHRS event updates and creative or paid opportunities. A source bio is used for an AI-assisted rewrite only when the applicant selects that option; the original remains saved for comparison and the suggestion is not published automatically.
Website enquiries
The contact form saves your name, reply email, department, subject, message, contact permission version and submission time in the private POSTHRS contact desk. Verified POSTHRS owners can review and respond to it. The receipt appears on this page; the form does not send an automatic email or sign you up for marketing. The site host stores these enquiry records and short-lived counters derived from the connection IP address to limit repeated submissions. These counters expire after two hours and are cleared during later submissions. You can request correction or deletion using the contact details above.
Public and private fields
Applications, private rates, original music files, account details and unpublished contracts are not public profile content. A creator profile, approved preview, credit or storefront becomes public only through the relevant approval and publishing controls. Applicants should submit only information they are authorized to share.
Service providers
Supabase supports authentication, database records and private file storage. The site host processes technical requests needed to deliver and protect the service, and email providers process direct messages. If text updates are activated, the chosen messaging provider will process the phone number and delivery status. These providers may maintain their own security logs and subprocessors. POSTHRS has not enabled third-party advertising trackers.
Retention and safeguards
Information is kept only while it is reasonably needed for the stated purpose, an active account or application, a signed agreement, security, dispute handling or required records. Access controls and private storage are used for protected areas, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information by email or form.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information POSTHRS holds about you and request a correction or deletion, subject to identity verification and records that must be preserved for an agreement, legal requirement or security purpose. Text updates require a separate, unticked choice and are not required to receive files. Consent can be withdrawn by replying STOP to a text or contacting POSTHRS. Optional profile metrics, marketplace requests and AI bio assistance are controlled separately in the relevant form.
Changes
This notice will be updated before payments, newsletter marketing, new analytics or materially different data uses open. The effective date and review status below identify the current draft.
