Public information
This site presents POSTHRS, POSTHRS MUSIC, NX6HT, NX6HT HOUSE and planned activity. Public descriptions, preparation states and draft opportunities are informational unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. The site does not currently make a binding public offer to sell music, licences, products or tickets.
Names and work
POSTHRS, POSTHRS MUSIC and NX6HT names, original copy and released creative work may not be reused as if affiliated, endorsed or owned by another party. Specific ownership notices will accompany approved public assets.
Accounts and access
Protected workspaces and signing links are for the intended account holder or named party. Users must provide accurate information, keep access credentials private and notify POSTHRS if access may be compromised. Access may be restricted when identity, authorization, rights or security checks are incomplete.
Invitations, rooms and Event Drops
A POSTHRS Pass is personal to its intended guest or collaborator. Private room details, addresses, schedules, files and delivery links may not be forwarded or published without permission. An RSVP records intent but does not guarantee admission when capacity, identity, safety, venue or agreement requirements are not met. Event Drop files remain subject to their ownership, usage, expiry and download controls; receiving a file does not transfer copyright or create permission for an unapproved public use.
Applications and uploads
Submitting a profile, application, original file, preview, credit, event contribution or seller draft does not guarantee acceptance, publication, representation or payment. The submitter must be authorized to provide the material and must accurately identify contributors, ownership, samples and restrictions. Uploading through a Contribution Door does not transfer ownership or permit automatic publication. Private material stays subject to the permissions and approval controls shown in the relevant workspace.
Agreements and signatures
A project, licence, work order, split confirmation or other signed agreement controls over general website copy for that transaction. Users should read the complete document and may choose independent legal advice before signing. Electronic-signature records are intended to document the signer’s identity, intent and final agreement snapshot.
NX6HT HOUSE
NX6HT HOUSE intake and review tools are active, but public checkout is closed. A displayed licence name, preview or publishing status is not a completed sale. Final approved terms, payment, delivery, refunds, ownership records and signed contributor splits must be in place before commerce opens.
Service status
Features may be updated, paused or restricted to protect private work, rights, accounts or system integrity. POSTHRS will not knowingly publish an unapproved track, profile, contract or seller listing merely because it was uploaded or saved as a draft.
